Pinnacle Power builds district energy networks, for which they needed an approachable customer-facing brand. The name highlights the sense of partnership that each new network aims to foster, and reflects the level of attentiveness and enthusiasm promised in the support customers can enjoy.
The identity is set using a monospaced typeface on a consistent grid. This can be used in a variety of ways, such as incorporating the names of local developments or combining with key messages. The colour palette includes a range of blue/greens, reflecting the company’s focus on sustainable energy. Supporting imagery features people using energy together in domestic and community settings.
We produced simple identity guidelines and a suite of publications to support the customer onboarding experience.
