A full rebrand for one of the fastest growing companies in South West England. Brand strategy and identity applied across the full range of touchpoints.

The brand conveys the company’s commitment to building beautifully designed homes that strengthen local communities. The core identity combines a strong logotype with a bold ‘Maker’s Mark’, using colour and local images to create distinctive but complementary identities for each of the company’s housing developments.

The powerful new website makes it easy for customers to filter, save and share homes that match their search criteria, while the intuitive content management system means that the list of available properties is always up-to-date. Video content helps to explain complex topics and profile local communities.
